Who should I list as an account admin?

List the people authorized to manage the testing program and receive results. The setup form asks for each person’s name, email, and phone number, with an optional fax number.

Can I add more than one admin?

Yes. The signup form accepts a primary admin and additional admins.

What is included by default?

The setup request includes 5 Panel DOT and 10 Panel Non-DOT testing with Quest. You can also request Labcorp.

Can you set up specialized testing panels?

Yes. AVERWORX can arrange specialized drug testing panels to match your company policy or customer requirements. The 5 Panel DOT and 10 Panel Non-DOT options are the standard account setup defaults.
